Refund Policy

1. Nonrefundable after Payment:

Once a booking has been made and payment has been completed using points, it becomes nonrefundable.

2. Change of Booking:

3. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled time slot are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate you, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation:

Prepaid bookings are nonrefundable, and cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as unforeseen facility closures or documented medical emergencies.
