The website www.escapeverse.in is owned and operated by Escapeverse.

Escapeverse reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions and website content from time to time without prior notice.

Escapeverse aims to provide accurate and updated information on the website. However, information may be changed or updated whenever required.

The website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, or commercially use any information, content, designs, or material available on the Escapeverse website without prior permission.

The website must not be used for any fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or objectionable purpose.

A booking slot is considered confirmed only after Escapeverse receives a 30% advance payment.

For bookings made through the website, customers will receive a call from the Escapeverse team regarding the advance payment.

Until the advance payment is received, the requested date and time will not be blocked and may be allotted to another customer.

The remaining amount, based on the final participant headcount, must be paid at the venue before the game begins.

Once the advance payment or full payment has been made and the booking is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refund, full or partial, will be provided if:

• The participant or group does not attend the scheduled session.
• A participant reaches the venue but does not enter the room.
• A participant enters the room but decides to leave or discontinue the game midway.
• The group is unable to complete the experience within the stipulated time.
• Fewer participants attend than originally booked.

Prepaid booking cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot may be accommodated, subject to availability and at Escapeverse's discretion.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will not be accepted and the booking will be treated as a no-show.

Groups with fewer than 15 participants who wish to use the Escapeverse party/lounge hall will be charged an additional ₹1,500 per hour.

This charge will be applicable in addition to the escape room game charges.

The person making the booking is responsible for informing all participants about these Terms & Conditions before arrival.

The person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all participants in the group, including minors.

Participants below 10 years of age are generally not eligible to participate. If participation is permitted on special request, children below 10 years must be accompanied by at least two adults throughout the game.

Escapeverse reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant who is intoxicated, disruptive, behaves inappropriately, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

No refund will be provided in such cases.

Escapeverse may capture photographs or videos of participants during their visit for use in marketing, advertising, or social media.

If you or any member of your group does not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the Escapeverse team in writing before the session begins.

All names, designs, slogans, game concepts, website content, marketing material, and other creative elements used by Escapeverse are the property of Escapeverse and its owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior permission.

Participants must not disclose, publish, circulate, or share confidential information relating to Escapeverse games, including puzzles, clues, solutions, game content, or proprietary information.

By participating in an Escapeverse game, participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of the game experience.

Escapeverse may collect personal information when users:

• Register on the website.
• Make a booking.
• Place an order.
• Subscribe to communications.
• Respond to a survey.
• Submit a form.

Information collected may include name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Users may also browse certain parts of the website without providing personal information.

Escapeverse may use cookies and third-party services for website functionality, advertising, and analytics.

Third-party providers such as Google may use cookies to display advertisements based on a user's visits to this website and other websites.

Users may manage or opt out of certain advertising preferences through Google's applicable advertising and privacy settings.

Escapeverse will take reasonable steps to protect payment, debit card, and credit card information.
